Registration Fee of $200 required. This Registration fee secures your start date and goes toward you final balance. The remaining monies are due on your first day of class. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY. All retainer fees are non-refundable. Cancellation of this Contract by customer which is received in writing more than 30 days prior to the event will result in a refund of any monies paid less the retainer fee. Cancellation of Services received less than 30 days prior to the event obligate to make full remaining payment of the total fees agreed upon. If cancellation is initiated by Bartenders Express all monies paid to Bartenders Express from customer shall be fully refunded INCLUDING retainer fee. Any refund shall be paid out at month's end. CONFIDENTIALITY. Bartenders Express, and its employees, agents, or representatives will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Bartenders Express, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary to Bartenders Express and its employees, agents, and representatives will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision will continue to be effective after the termination of this Contract. Upon termination of this Contract, Bartenders Express will return to all records, notes, documentation and other items that were used, created, or controlled by Bartenders Express during the term of this Contract. WARRANTY. Bartenders Express shall provide its services and meet its obligations under this Contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendations for performing the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Bartenders Express's community and region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, or superior to, care used by bartenders similar to Bartenders Express on similar projects/work. Bartenders Express shall be familiar with all state, local, regulations, policies and guidelines applicable to the serving of alcohol. Bartenders Express shall not consume or use illegal substances or alcoholic beverages while performing his or her duties. DEFAULT. The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this Contract: a. The failure to make a required payment when due. b. The insolvency or bankruptcy of either party. c. The subjection of any of either party's property to any levy, seizure, general assignment for the benefit of creditors, application or sale for or by any creditor or government
